Soil: Gravelous, with clay subsoils.
Irrigation: Dry Farmed.
Harvest: 100 % manual in boxes with intensive selection in the vineyards.
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for 10 days.
Malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is blended then aged in French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 first use, 1/3 second use) for 18 months.
Alcoholic Strength: 14 % vol.
Tasting Notes: The best parcels are selected yearly to create this premium wine
which stands as an illustrious ambassador of what Lebanon has to offer;
with its dark purple color and cedar aromas, this is a powerful wine that will reward
the patience of those who cellar it for 5 to 8 years and even more. Decant it and enjoy it with braised lamb, Moroccan Merguez tagines or even a vegetarian lentil and
smoky eggplant stew.
Marquis des Beys White

Soil: Gravelous and limestone, with clay subsoils.
Irrigation: Dry Farmed.
Harvest: 100 % manual in boxes with intensive selection in the vineyards.
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days.
No Malolactic. The wine is aged in oak barrels (1/2 new, 1/2 first use) for 8 months.
Alcoholic Strength: 13 % vol.
Tasting Notes: This 100% Chardonnay wine reflects the abundance of sunshine that is typical of Lebanon's climate. The elegant yet somewhat evolved nose speaks to the time this wine spends in barrel along with an increased density and richness on the palate.
Syrah du Liban

Malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is aged in all
new American oak barrels for 24 months.
Alcoholic Strength: 14 % vol.
Tasting Notes: Syrah is a typical grape of the Mediterranean region.
In Lebanon's unique terroir the wine manages to combine elegant floral notes with
an explosive spicy character on the nose and palate. It is wonderfully balanced and
has a long, persistent finish. A big wine that would benefit from some additional time
in cellar or decanting prior to serving.
